According to the new norms of UGC (University Grants Commission), students can now pursue more than one course from any UGC-recognised institute/college/coaching/university. So yes, you can pursue B.Com from JNU and CMA (ICWA) from elsewhere or from the same university.  The fee structure for B.Com at JNU Jaipur is Rs 44,000 per annum.
