Is MCA admission done? I am final year psychology student. Could I go for MCA at IEM Kolkata?

The eligibility criteria for MCA here in LPU, pass with 60% aggregate marks in BCA or B.Sc. (Computer Science) or B.Sc. (Information Technology) or any Graduation with Computer Science as a subject for three years OR B.A. or B.Com. or B.Sc. (any Graduation) with (Mathematics or Statistics or QT or Business Math as one of the subject at Graduation or 10+2 level) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST. (5% relaxation to North-East states and Sikkim candidates or Defence Personnel and their Dependents or Wards of Kashmiri Migrants).

Dear Student,

Institute of Engineering and Management (IEM), Kolkata does not offer the Master of Computer Applications (MCA) course.

Also, being a psychology student, you would not be considered eligible for admission in MCA. A BCA degree is required for the same. You will have to look for courses in the same or similar field.
