Is mobile phones are allowed inside the hostel

Dear student, the Thanthai Roever Institute of Agriculture and Rural Development hostel rules do not explicitly mention whether mobile phones are allowed. The rules do state that students are prohibited from using electronic devices that cause disturbance to others.
