Is there seat in fellowship? How much stipend will be provided for last 6 months

- SOWMIYA IUpdated On March 06, 2026 10:59 PM

At Lovely Professional University (LPU), fellowship opportunities are offered in select postgraduate and research programs, but seat availability depends on the specific department and program. Fellows usually receive a stipend during the fellowship period, which can vary depending on the program, project funding, and department policies. For the last six months, the stipend amount is generally determined by the university guidelines or sponsoring organization and should be confirmed with the respective department or admission office.

Lovely Professional University offers fellowship opportunities mainly for Ph.D. scholars and eligible postgraduate students as Teaching or Research Assistants, depending on seat availability and academic performance. The stipend generally ranges around ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on eligibility and fellowship type. For the last six months, you may receive approximately ₹1.2–₹1.5 lakh in total, subject to continuation and university norms.

LPU may offer limited fellowship or research-based positions to meritorious students, often linked to final-year projects or specialized programs. The stipend for the last six months depends on the type of fellowship or project and can vary, typically providing financial support to cover academic and research activities during that period.
