You will have to refer to the official website: josaa.nic.in to get the last round of counselling by JoSAA as you have not mentioned any specific college or engineering course that you need to check. You can check the steps to check the closing ranks for the SC category for the year 2024 below:

• Go to the official website: josaa.nic.in 
• Click on the e-services tab available on the screen 
• Click on the previous year's opening and closing rank link 
• Fill out the details required like year, round, institute type, institute name, academic program , and category
