M. Sc Nursing is a PG course taht talks about theories & principles of nursing & allied sciences. M. Sc in Nursing course is available at various government & private colleges in India. While studying in a govt. colleges will be cheaper and economical, studying M. Sc Nursing from private nursing colleges in India, may turn out to be a little expensive. The fee for M. Sc in Nursing can range anywhere between 35K/ per year to about 2. 5L per year (depending upon the college you choose). 

Having said that, you should look at the facilities & training that any particular college has to offer and the nurisng placement history in that college.
