Ma’am, my marks are below 50%. Can I still get admission to Sushilavati Government Women's College?

If your marks are less than 50%, it is very unlikely that you will get admission in the general category for most Honours or popular courses, as recent cutoffs are much higher (usually above 60% for general seats). Sushilavati Government Women's College, Rourkela, admits students based on merit, which is based on marks obtained in the 10+2  exam.
