HiThere is nothing called as management quota for admission at LPU. At LPU, every year top international students of the highest caliber and with outstanding achievements take admissions through proper channel after fulfilling the eligibility criteria.LPU offers more than 150 courses, and there are certain eligibility criteria that a student is required to meet to take admission. In general, the score in the previous qualification should be as required as per eligibility mentioned on the website. In addition to that, the candidate needs to qualify LPUNEST to get admission to courses like B.Tech., MBA, Hons, B.Pharm, MLT etc.. For some courses like BA, B.Comm, BBA etc LPUNEST is not mandatory.LPUNEST (Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test) is a national-level entrance test conducted by LPU and is considered for offering scholarships as well as determining Eligibility for admission in various programmes. Hi there,  there is no management quota at LPU.  You can take LPUNEST and avail scholarship. Also it is an entrance test.  The fee for B Tech CSE is Rs 120000 per semester. But if you get scholarship you will get a waive off. There  are number of scholarships in addition to LPUNEST that LPU offers. The B Tech CSE is almost synonymous with LPU. This is the reason why students as far as south are coming down to Punjab to pursue the highly rated program in IT sector - B Tech CSE. Hi,I would suggest you that never go to that college/university that gives admission under management quota. The choice of the institute depends on various factors such as placements, academics, curriculum, extra-curricular activities, exposure to the students, etc. Keeping in mind all these factors, only one institute that comes to my mind is Lovely Professional University(LPU). The way they are imparting education is praiseworthy. To commence with the curriculum, all the subjects you are going to study, their syllabus is designed keeping in mind the industry demands and the syllabus is vetted by company officials. Different specializations are offered to students depending upon the stream they want to opt for. For example- In CSE, they offer cyber security, IoT, data science, machine learning, and many more. Moreover, they give you the option for pathway elective that whether you want to be in the corporate sector, higher studies, Government Job, or entrepreneur.In addition to it, the classes you have to attend regularly. They did not compromise with the academics of the students. If any faculty is on leave, the classes are either adjusted or makeup lectures are planned.The University also provides the option of credit transfer and international exposure to its students.If I talk about the placements, the preparation for placements starts from the very first year. Dear Kavya, i never recommend you such college who gives admission by management quota. The selection of institute to pursue course is very important to build a strong and valuable career. Let me share my very important experience with you regarding your admissions. Every university is doing good for his students for their best career. There are certain parameters such as placements, infrastructure, faculty level, environment, growth etc. to be considered while selection of institute for pursuing education. It a big question in the mind of a student as well as parents that what will the offers and placement scenario of educational institute when the student will be about to complete the course. LPU is a well renowned private university in India with 30K+ students all across the world and with 4000 experienced faculty members and staff members. There are more than 200 programmes to choose and with a great infrastructure. LPU provides all the facilities within the campus itself. LPU has earned many affiliations, recognition's and accreditation down the lane and mark itself among the few of the top private universities. Even the placement opportunities in LPU are much better than other private universities as it is ranked the 5th amongst the other universities for its placement records.
