Go to your phone settings, find the "R SOS" app, then clear the cache and data. Check the Play Store or App Store to ensure you're on the latest version. Toggle your Aeroplane mode on and off; sometimes the app hangs due to a weak handshake with the server. If it’s still down, reach out to your IT helpdesk or program coordinator, as it might be a server-side issue or a password reset requirement.
