Dear student,
Since your domicile is UP and you want to take admission in Karnataka, you will fall under the 15% quota. This means, that students who were born, brought up & studied in Karnataka or speak Kannada language will be allocated seats and you will fall under the remaining 15% seats for admission in Karnataka medical colleges. So your NEET marks/ NEET score has to be good so as to fall in the top 15% in Karnataka.
You will need to rely on the cut-off list that is shared by the state. Good luck!
