Institution of Permanent way Engineers (IPWE) offers a Diploma in Engineering programme, which is a 1-year course.

The eligibility criteria for this programme include:

• 3-year Diploma in a recognized discipline of Engineering OR
• Graduation in Science or Engineering OR
• Graduation in any stream with Maths / Science at Intermediate (Class 12th / 10 + 2) level

Since ITI courses are Diploma courses of 1 or 2 years duration, you fall out of the specified eligibility criteria for this course.
