How to Change DOB in Adhaar Card:

To change your DOB in Adhaar Card, you have to visit an Aadhaar Enrolment Center or Aadhaar Seva Kendra, as the online enrolment facility is not longer available. 

Process:

~Obtain the Aadhaar Update/Correction Form at the center or download it from the UIDAI website and fill it out. Ensure you mention your correct Date of Birth. Include your mobile number in the form.

How to Change DOB in PAN Card:

Date of Birth in your PAN card can be changed through both online and offline methods. 

Online process includes:

~Goto Protean PAN website

~Under "Apply Online," click on "Changes or Correction in existing PAN Data / Reprint of PAN Card (No changes in existing PAN Data)".

~Select the relevant "Category"

~Fill in all the required details, including the correct Date of Birth

~For updating DOB, you will need to select the relevant box indicating the change.

~Provide necessary identity, address, and DOB proof documents (scanned copies need to be uploaded). Aadhaar card, Birth Certificate, Passport, and Matriculation Marksheet are commonly accepted as DOB proof

~If you want a physical copy of the updated PAN card, select "Yes" and pay the applicable fee online through various payment gateways.

You will receive an acknowledgement number. If you opted for a physical card, you may need to print, sign, and send a physical copy of the acknowledgement along with self-attested copies of the supporting documents to the Protean eGov office. If you used Aadhaar-based e-KYC, a physical submission might not be required.

We advice you to first get your DOB changed in Aadhar Card because it is a primary identity document and is often used as proof of DOB for other services, including PAN.
