My son secured a VITEEE rank of 48,830. Is he eligible for admission to CSE or ECE under Category 1 at VIT-AP?

If your son has a VITEEE 2025 rank of 48,830, he has a promising chance of getting into either Computer Science Engineering (CSE) or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) at VIT-AP.

Looking at past trends, the VITEEE cutoff for getting into the Computer Science program usually goes up to around 50,000 to 55,000. For Electronics, the cutoff often reaches even higher, sometimes over 60,000. With his current rank, he is likely to be admitted into the ECE and is close to the cutoff for the Computer Science program. If he prefers Computer Science, it’s a good idea to choose that option when the VITEEE 2025 counselling begins. If that choice isn’t available, he can consider the next available option as a backup.
