My son has Tamil Nadu TNEA ranking 18173 under 7.5 reservation. Can he get PSG College Coimbatore, ECE Course?

With a rank of 18173 in TNEA counselling 2025, it may be challenging to get admission to the PSG College of Technology, ECE course. As per the cutoff data available from the last year, the category-wise cutoff for ECE stream at the institution was 560, 772, 1639, 1845, 8153, 7305, 21505 for OC, BC, BCM, MBC, SC, SCA, and ST categories, respectively. The information about the cutoff for 7.5 reservation seats through TNEA counselling 2025 is not available, and therefore, it is difficult to say whether a 18173 rank will be enough to secure admission to PSG College Coimbatore, ECE course.
