Dear Student,
With a NEET PG score of 190 and a rank around 1,65,913, the chances of getting a clinical seat are very slim. Clinical branches such as Medicine, Paediatrics, Surgery, Orthopaedics, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, and Radiology usually close at much higher scores and lower ranks, often within the top 50,000-70,000 ranks. At your rank, it is highly unlikely to secure a seat in any of these branches through All India Quota or State Counselling. But you may still have the option to apply for non-clinical or pre-clinical subjects like Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Forensic Medicine, or Community Medicine, as these tend to remain available at higher ranks.
You can participate in the counselling process conducted by MCC for All India Quota seats and your respective state counselling authorities to check if any seats open up during later rounds or mop-up rounds. If your primary goal is to pursue a clinical specialty, you may want to consider reappearing for NEET PG with better preparation to improve your score and rank. This will significantly increase your chances of securing a clinical seat in future attempts.
Thank You
