Iam from Karnataka having OBC certificate and Telugu minority certificate and 371(j) certificate my rank in neet pg is 21384 can I get a seat in MD pediatrics in government colleges

It’s unlikely, but not fully impossible, depending on many factors. MD Paediatrics is a “clinical” branch and usually has very high cutoffs in government colleges. Based on past year cutoffs in Karnataka, for MD Paediatrics in government colleges, the closing ranks are much lower than 20,000 in many rounds. For example, in KIMS Hubli, the closing rank in one round was 5,111 for Paediatrics. Also in Indira Gandhi Institute of Child Health, for OBC category, the cutoff ranks have been in the few thousands in past rounds. Many sources suggest that beyond rank 7,500–9,000 you may not get branches like Pediatrics in government college.
