The Auxiliary Nursing & Midwifery (ANM) course offered by the Salokaya College Of Nursing is still open. However, the college has not provided any information regarding the number of seats that are still available for aspirants. following is the admission procedure. Hurry up and apply!

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

You can select any one of the following options to appy to the Salokaya College of Nursing suited to your convenience. 

OPTION 1:

Apply Online. You can fill up the online application form and submit electronically. The application and examination fees is Rs 700/- You have the option of paying the application fees through Net Banking or Demand Draft. You can deposit your fees directly to through net banking to the Salokaya A/c or you can write a Demand Draft, fill in the details of the DD in the online application and mail the DD along with other required documents. Last date to apply without late fine is 30 June. After June 30, the prospectus price including late charges will be Rs 1000/-
 

OPTION 2:

Download PDF application. Take a print out of this application form and send the completed application form with required DD of Rs 700/- drawn in the name of Ascent Educational Foundation payable at New Delhi. Please enclose a self addressed envelope along with the form.
Please make a DD of Rs 1000/- if applying after June 30th.
