The admission for of LPU for MCA program is given below: you need to satisfy the following Eligibility Criteria: Pass with 60% aggregate marks in BCA or B.Sc. (Computer Science) or B.Sc. (Information Technology) or any Graduation with Computer Science as a subject for three years OR B.A. or B.Com. or B.Sc. (any Graduation) with (Mathematics or Statistics or QT or Business Math as one of the subject at Graduation or 10+2 level) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST. The steps for admission are: STEP 1 - Signup Register onto LPUADMIT with basic details (Name, Email ID, Mobile No., State, Gender and Password). Your email id will act as your username for the portal and password will be set by you while registering on the portal. You will get a mail on your registered email id regarding this. Login to the LPUADMIT with already created username/ password. STEP 2 - Apply LPUNEST (Entrance and Scholarship Test) LPUNEST is an online test which acts as a gateway to programme you are interested in. Admission in this programme is done based on performance in LPUNEST. In addition, LPUNEST also act as Scholarship test and student can avail huge scholarship based on performance in this test. Deposit the test fee: Cost of Application form and Soft copy of LPUNEST Kit is ₹1000 (for Boys) and ₹500 (for Girls). Cost of Application form and Printed LPUNEST Kit is ₹1500 (for Boys) and ₹1000 (for Girls). Fill the test application form. STEP 3 - Book the Exam Slot and Appear Book the slot to appear in the LPUNEST Exam: For Test Centre Based Exam, Book preferred venue, date and time. For Remotely Proctored Online Exam, Book preferred date and time. Click here to view the General Guidelines. Appear and qualify the exam. STEP 4 - Admission Deposit initial payment of Rs.10000. After the successful realization of the payment: A Unique Provisional Registration No. will be generated and sent to your registered Email ID. Upload the documents. All the submitted documents are to be verified from the originals within the prescribed timelines. Deposit the balance fee within the timelines prescribed by the university. I would like to mention that fee structure at LPU is flexible it totally depends upon the calibre of student. As LPU provides numerous scholarships based on previous qualification, performance in LPU-NEST, some achievements in sports, cultural activities, entrepreneurship etc. So during the admission ones proficiency will decide which scholarship will be applicable. However the standard fee of MCA at LPU is 80000 INR per semester.

Also, if the applicant is claiming scholarship on the basis of Step 3- Apply LPUNEST (for Scholarship) LPUNEST is an online test for scholarship. Student can avail huge scholarship based on performance in this test. Deposit the test fee: Cost of Application form and Soft copy of LPUNEST Kit is ₹1000 (for Boys) and ₹500 (for Girls). Cost of Application form and Printed LPUNEST Kit is ₹1500 (for Boys) and ₹1000 (for Girls). Fill the test application form. STEP 4- Book the Exam Slot and Appear Book the slot (preferred venue, date and time) to appear in the LPUNEST Exam. Appear and qualify the exam.
