Regarding the admission cancellation, you can inform your decision to cancel the admission to your principal, HOD or admission officer. You will have to write a written application stating your reason for cancelling the admission. Regarding the refund, the decision purely depends on your reason for cancellation. If you are able to convince the respective decision maker you might be able to get a refund.
