sir I was completed BA part II 1998-99 can I apply part III exam, now I am serving in army

It is not possible to get admission in 3rd-year B.A. course now because it has already been 20 years since you completed your 2nd year. You can get fresh admission in first year B.A now. 

You can fill the Common Application Form on our website for admission assistance.
