It has a customized pattern of questions that are framed in specification to the last qualification pertained by the candidate. In order to take admission in any course you need to qaulify the eligibility criteria and alongwith that you need appear for LPUNEST which depends of the domain that you are planning to take admission.Yes, there is a cut off for LPUNEST for every course that you need to attain to get an admission into that course. . The test is an objective test and the structure of the test depends upon the course that you are intending to take admission. LPUNEST exam time also depends upon the course that you wish to take admission. For B.Tech courses even the previous year sample test can be downloaded from the LPU website. However, for remaining courses you can visit LPU website and then click on LPUNEST Tab>Information Tab>Sample Questions and also syllabus is available from the same link. In order to apply the candidate needs to visit LPU website and apply and according has to book a slot. LPUNEST will be conducted online while the candidate is sitting at home in a proctored mode. Application fee for LPUNEST is INR 1000 for boys and INR 500 for girls. However, For Printed LPUNEST Kit” Cost of Application form and Printed LPUNEST Kit is INR1500 (for Boys) and INR1000 (for Girls).

Lovely Professional University National Eligibility and Scholarship Test (LPUNEST) is conducted by Lovely Professional University (LPU) every year. It is a university level examination that held once in a year for admission of candidates to various courses available at the university. The purpose of LPUNEST differs from programme to programme. For some programme it is for Eligibility and Scholarship purpose both and for some it is just for Scholarship purpose only. Around 40% marks are required to qualify it for Eligibility purpose. Well LPUNEST is not a mandate. It is just for scholarship purpose this year as LPU has relaxed their eligibility norms. The syllabus of LPUNEST will be based upon your last qualification. Syllabus of test is the syllabus of your class 11th and 12th.Test comprises of 3 subjects in which English is mandatory and you can select rest two subject which you have studied in class 11th and 12th. Subject wise, topic wise details are mentioned on the website. LPU is conducting this exam in a remotely proctored manner so you can apply and appear from your home itself. One important point to be noted is admission is open online for this course, so you should get the admission done first and then apply for the scholarship test. LPU offers the following: 1. Dual BBA(H)-MBA which is of 5 years i.e. 10 semesters. 2. Integrated BBA-MBA which is of 4 years i.e. 8 semesters. The eligibiity is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English) or equivalent . In both cases LPUNEST is not required but still you can appear for scholarship as LPUNEST serves two purposes i.e eligibility and scholarship. 1. For BBA(H) MBA-The test consists of three subjects i.e. English as compulsory subject and any two subjects which you studied at class 12. One important point that even if this test is MCQ, still there is no negative marking which will automatically assist you in scoring good marks. 2. For Integrated BBA-MBA- The test consists of three subjects i.e English, General Awareness, General Aptitude You can find Question Paper Pattern, Sample Question and Syllabus are available on the website which will be very helpful to you. I will advice you to give your best and wait for positive results because your performance is linked with the scholarship as better you perform, more you will get.

Dear Student,

The syllabus for LPUNEST entrance test covers sections such as English, General Aptitude and General Awareness. The English section will have questions on grammar, comprehension passages etc. The General Aptitude section will have questions on Numbers, Percentages, Data Sufficiency, Time and Distance etc while the General Awareness section will have questions on Indian Politics, Indian History, Budget and National Plan, Sports Events, Books and Authors etc.
