Yes, you can take admission in Technical University, Berlin after clearing JEE Advanced paper in India. Most of the German Universities accept the JEE Advanced scores as a Subject Knowledge Test for various Bachelor courses in the field of Science and Technology. Hence, after clearing the JEE Advanced paper, you can apply for technical programmes at the Technical University, Berlin.
Application to TU Berlin can be made using uni-assist. Make your account on their website and add in all the academic and personal details. Upload all the necessary documents before the application deadlines and you are good to go. Also, an English Proficiency Test like a TOEFL or an IELTS is mandatory to get admission in German Universities.
