What are the certificates required to be uploaded in the PG Paramedical admission form?

Dear Student,

The list of documents required for admission to PG Paramedical courses at Samvaad Institute of Speech and Hearing is as follows:

• Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant discipline
• Student’s recent passport size photograph, signature, thumb impressions
• Student’s date of birth proof, Aadhar Card or any other government-issued identity proof.
• Class 10th and 12th marksheets and passing certificates
• Income certificate and domicile certificate
• Caste category proof
• Entrance exam result (if applicable)
