What if I fail in a subject which is not included In top 3 performing subject in CICSE 10th, 12th exam?

If you fail in any subject that is not included in your top 3 performing subjects in the CISCE 10th or 12th exam, you will still need to reappear for that subject in a supplementary exam to be considered as passed, provided you pass all other subjects, including English. If you do not pass in that subject, your overall percentage might be affected depending on the marks you score in the other subjects.
