OJT is an acronym for On the Job Training and that is offered by Lloyd Business School in collaboration with their various industry partners. The OJT is undertaken by students in their second year at an eminent organisation where they take the hands-on experience of the operationality of the corporate world. The minimum period for OJT is three months and it can extend up to a tenure of nine months depending upon the desirability of the student and the organisation.
