That depends on course to course. For B.Sc course admission in govt colleges (Like Delhi University, Mumbai University, Calcutta University, Pune Univesity, BHU, JNU etc) the cut-off will be relatively high. Private college cut offs will be relatively low in comparison to govt. colleges. So if you score 95 percentile & above in your Board exams, then you have chances of getting into a govt. college. Else, you'll have to look for private college options.
