Which nit is better in terms of placement? : Among nit Patna and nit silchar which is better for transportation engineering (m.tech civil) in terms of placement and quality education please let me know?

Dear Student,

In the recent placements, 38 students from civil engineering course at NIT Patna secured jobs in campus placements. The maximum salary offered was Rs. 16 lakh per annum, while the average salary stood at Rs. 4.65 lakh per annum.

As per 2016-17 placements report of NIT Silchar, a total number of 98 students from civil engineering stream bagged jobs in various companies. The highest salary offered for M.Tech candidates was Rs. 5.5 lakh per annum, while the average salary was Rs. 4.27 lakh per annum.

Both the institutes have good placement record.
