Which university does Alpha Institute of Management & Technology Science, Bangalore belong to?

As per information avilable on their official website, Alpha Institute of Management & Technology Science (AIMTS), Bangalore is an autonomous Institute, independent self- financed organization, affiliated and accredited internationally and offer Open and Distance Learning mode of education by Universities. 

They claim to have accreditition as per  UGC Regulation 2003 & per the Government of India Notification NO : P26/04/1952 .CC Dated : 20/09/1952 (Recognition of Examinations). 

To quote from their website,

As per MHRD, Gazette (Part 1 –Sec.1,Dated 25th July 2015) Notification No.F.6-1/2013-DL Dt:10th June 2015 ,UGC Letter F.No.28-2/2015(DEB-III) Dated 28/04/2016 “ All the Degrees /Diplomas/ Certificates technical education Degrees /Diplomas awarded through Open and Distance Learning mode of education by Universities established by an Act of parliament or State Legislature ,Institutions Deemed to be Universities under section 3 of the UGC Act ,1956 and Institutions of National Importance declared under an act of Parliament stand automatically recognized for the purpose of employment to posts and services under the Central Government ,provided they have been approved by the UGC ’.
