With NEET 2025 421 marks, any chance under ESIC quota?

There are very low chances of getting an ESIC MBBS seat through NEET AIQ 2025. The previous years' cutoffs have been much higher than 470. Although there are multiple other institutes in the List of Medical Colleges for 400-500 Marks in NEET UG 2025.
