Admission in mbbs : Is there is any chance to get admission in government collage in mbbs or any collage offering low fees if a student gets 365 marks in NEET

I'm sorry, but with 365 marks in NEET, it is very difficult to get a government college. But if you belong to any of the quota categories, like SC/ ST or OBC, you can still hope.
