As per the merit scored in class 12th you definitely are able to pursue your B.TECH, however you have to appear for the LPU NEST Entrance Exam and do qualify it to take admission in LPU B.Tech Programme. Admission in any programme depends on qualifying the Eligibility criteria for that programme. So, first of all decide the programme that you want to join and check its Eligibility criteria for Admission. LPU conducts LPUNEST for all the programmes. LPUNEST is National Entrance and Scholarship Test for admission to various programmes in Lovely Professional University. This test forms the basis of eligibility and scholarship for most of the programmes and for some of the programmes test is applicable only for scholarship. For most of the programmes, it serves both the purposes. As per the official website of LPU, the Schedule for LPUNEST has been started for all the programmes for this current session i.e 2021. I am an Alumni of LPU and completed my studied from LPU in 2019. LPU offers B.Tech in various programmes such as CSE/EE/ECE/ME/CE/Automobile/Chemical/Aerospace/Biiotechnolgy, etc. I recommended my cousin to do B.Tech from lLPU itself. Now he is in his final year and told me about B.Tech programme as follows: On the basis of placement and infrastructure, LPU is best for CSE. I am an alumni of LPU and my younger brother also studied CSE from LPU and got a good placement from LPUin Amazon with the package of 15 lakhs per annum. 1. LPU has 600+ acres of campus in Punjab and more than 25000+ students study there among many countries. 2. A-one infrastructure- All the facilities are available on the campus. What was your AIR in JEE? Unless you tell us that, we will not be able to suggest you. 

If you have secured a rank amongst the top 2000 scorers, you can apply for a scholarship to JEE conducting body, itself. In addition, Aadhaar Card/Number is mandatory only for the fellowships provided by All India Council for Technical Education and University Grants Commissions (AICTE & UGC)

However, some colleges conduct their own Scholarship exam basis score in the various engineering entrance exams in India. For eg., Abacus Institute of Engineering & Management, West Bengal conducts its own exam for scholarships.
