Dear Student,

Germany is considered one of the best study abroad destinations among Indian students. With its free or cost-efficient public universities, the low cost of education in Germany is one of the many factors that attract international students. With a Commerce background, there are many programmes offered by German universities that you can get admission in. If the level of study that you choose to opt is undergraduate, then you are eligible for most of the undergraduate programmes offered at German universities. There are very few UG courses that have specific subject requirements that you might not meet, being a student from a Commerce background.

If you choose to go for a postgraduate programme, then you will only be eligible for relevant programmes like:

  • Master of Science in International Economics
  • Master of Science in Business Administration
  • Master of Public Management
  • Master of Arts in Business Administration
  • Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) Business Administration

The academic requirements for every programme vary. To know the detailed entry requirements for a specific programme at a specific university, you will have to go to the course-detail page of that programme.
