Are Pharm-D(Doctor of pharmacy) students eligible to apply for PhD in pharmacy entrance course : Hello Sir, I am Sneha Pallavi Pharmd 6th year student.Our course is a masters and doctorate course as per gazette of India . I just wanted to ask whether Pharmd students are eligible for "PhD in pharmacy". Kindly please provide me the information whether Pharm-D students are eligible to write PhD entrances of NIPER,BITSAT,Manipal,Osmania universities.

Hello,

Pharm.D students are eligible to apply for Ph.D. in Pharmacy. It opens up your doors in the research domain in this field and is also a good option if you want to teach at higher education levels.

BITSAT exam is only valid for admissions into B.Pharma.

You can apply for the entrance exams of NIPER, Manipal, Osmania as well.
