bachelor of physiotherapy : fees reduction for financialy backward students

BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) is a four-year undergraduate program. Candidates eyeing a career in as Physio can take the BPT course. The course teaches physical movement, post-fracture maneuvers, injury, or chronic pain, hip pains etc. In LPU, Eligibility Criteria is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST. 5% relaxation to North-East states and Sikkim candidates or Defence Personnel and their Dependents or Wards of Kashmiri Migrants. Programme Fee without scholarship per semester is Rs 80000. LPU offers numerous scholarships such as on the basis of percentage of qualifying exams, LPUNEST national level exam like NEET, performance in Innovation, Startup, Entrepreneurship & Hackathons, basis of Performance in Sports, Cultural, R & D, Co-curricular, Social Service, Bravery Awards, Special Scholarship for Toppers of Education Board, Financial Aid – Need Based, Financial Aid for Serving/ Retired Defence/ CAPF/ Para- Military Personnel and their Dependents, Financial Aid to Orphans, Financial Aid to Persons with Certain Disability and more.

Hi there, LPU offers scholarship to the EWS category students that is over 30 percent. If the income of the family is less than Rs five lakhs then the student can avail this scholarship. Hope this answers your question. Good LUck

Dear Student,

You can apply for scholarship scheme of the state government so that you can get fee reimbursement . The state government provides scholarships for economically weaker students. However, you need to submit caste and income certificate to avail scholarships. You need to apply for the scholarship scheme when state government notifies it.
