Bsc agri admission in Maharashtra

Dear Student,

Admissions into colleges offering B.Sc. Agriculture course in Maharashtra are overseen by the Maharashtra Council of Agriculture and Reseach (MCAER). Admission into B.Sc. Agriculture courses are done on the basis of Maharastra State Common Entrance Test (MHT-CET) merit. The only entry requirement is:

  • 10+2 from Maharashtra State Board of Higher Secondary Education or equivalent examination in Science stream with Biology, Chemistry, Physics and English as the main subjects.

Please note that the MHT-CET application form filling starts generally from around January and the exam is held around May. The form is only available online on MAHACET's website. Once you have gotten your rank, you are eligible to sit for Counselling for B.Sc. Agriculture course in Maharashtra.
