MBA is a flagship programme of LPU. My friend is an alumnus of LPU, he did his MBA from this University. Though it is not easy to get admission in LPU as the University has maintained such standards of quality education and admission intake and I think LPU is the right choice to pursue an MBA. Yes, you can apply to any management program after completing B.Com(Hons). The eligibility criteria of postgraduate programs in management is passing a bachelor's degree in any stream while the eligibility criteria of undergraduate programs is passing 12th from any recognised board. You can check the eligibility criteria of the college at which you are applying for admission. Some of the management programs that you can pursue after B.Com(Hons) are MBA, PGDM, PGD and MMS.
