Can I get admission in bsc agriculture having secured ranks 5248 in entrance examination in this existing session

GB Pant University of Agriculture & Technology (GBPUAT), located in Pantnagar, Uttarakhand is a member of All India Universities (AIU) and is approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC). The university offers a three-year-long B.Sc Agriculture course with annual fees of Rs 38,024. For admission to this programme, the university accepts the GBPUAT entrance examination, on the basis of which admission is granted. You have to secure a certain rank and make it to the GBPUAT cut off list to proceed with the selection process. The cut off for GB Pant University of Agriculture and Technology is released category-wise. The previous year the cut off rank required for the General category was 728, for OBC it was 898, for SC 1751 and for ST it was 2911. This year the GBPUAT cutoff is expected to be in the range of 1-500. Therefore, with a rank of 5248, it is unable to get admission to the course.
