The Shia PG College (SPGC), Lucknow merit lists for BCom admissions are released on the official website of the college. The cutoffs for the Regular candidates is around 55% while for Self-Financed candidates is around 42%.

Going by that information, you will be able to clear the cut off and get admission to the college. You can also check this list of other BCom colleges in Uttar Pradesh.
