Can I select one particular subject (social studies) for writing 60 marks question in TS EDCET, or do I have to write all subjects, dividing 20-20 marks for each subject?

Dear student,

In the TS EDCET exam, you cannot solely select Social Studies for all 60 marks in the Methodology section. You must choose one subject methodology from the available options (Mathematics, Physical Sciences, Biological Sciences, or Social Studies) based on your graduation specialisation, but the 60 questions will cover the broad curriculum of that subject area, not 20/20/20 across different subjects. The total exam consists of 150 questions (150 Marks), including General English, Computer Awareness, General Knowledge, Teaching Aptitude, and your chosen Subject Methodology (60 marks). You are required to pick one subject specialisation for the 60-mark section that aligns with your educational background (BA for Social Studies, B.Sc for Sciences, etc.).
