Can we get admission at ICT mumbai only through MHT CET if we are other state students?

Firstly you can easily give MHT-CET even if you dont reside in Maharashtra but the catch is that if you dont have a domicile of Maharashtra then it is pointless because the Maharashtra govt allows admission to people only with Maharashtra domicile
