In CBSE Class 10 , if I get 19 in internal 15 in external then i am including in fail

According to the norms set by the Central Board of Secondary Education, students are required to score a minimum of 33% marks in all five subjects. In the case of a subject involving practical work, a candidate must obtain 33% marks in theory and 33% marks in practical separately in addition to 33% marks in aggregate to pass in that subject.
