(5% relaxation to North-East states and Sikkim candidates or Defence Personnel and their Dependents or Wards of Kashmiri Migrants) Nutrition and Dietetics which will help you in Constructing strong basic foundation in concepts of nutrition and diet plan, thus crafting skillful and be a notion ready nutritional experts for addressing the health challenges. If you have an inborn interest in cooking and exploring various cuisines from different countries, nutrition and dietetics is one subject which will help you explore how to design controlled diets. Based on the body mass index, you can design your own food charts that would summarise the quantity of fats, carbohydrates, and proteins which must be consumed everyday. The curriculum at LPU offers prime focus on fundamental and applied aspects of preparation and management of nutrition and diet plan for various age groups. Emphasis is given on case studies and inter-personal based teaching to develop skills in analytical thinking and reflective judgement by reading and discussing complex, real -life scenarios. The maximum salary LPU student got was 23 lpa and the average was 3.2 lpa.
