Engineering 4th year student eligible for gate exam?

I'm currently studying in LPU I can tell you that the subjects thought here are everything needed to clear GATE and as a matter of fact the course plan is such that all the syllabus for GATE is covered by the end of 3rs year with many more subjects . So if you really want to go for GATE you will have enough time and knowledge about the subjects . LPU provides different career pathways to be selected by the student at the very beginning of the course they have enrolled for so that they can prepare for their future simultaneously while completing their course of study. As per students’ interest and inclination towards his or her career choice LPU provides career pathways and accordingly changes are done in the students’ curriculum based on the pathway being opted by students. Higher Studies is one of the pathways that prepares students for competitive examinations such as GATE, UGC-NET, CAT, MAT etc. and helps in their progression in higher studies / research.

GATE exam is a national-level test organized for aspirants who want admission to Master's program or postgraduate engineering (ME/ M. Tech) or analysis courses at top colleges in India such as IITs, NITs, IIITs, etc. eligibility is Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technology (4 years after 10+2 or 3 years after B.Sc. / Diploma in Engineering / Technology).yes you can give gate in 4th year of your degree

A candidate who is currently studying in the 3rd or higher years of any undergraduate degree program. A candidate who has already completed any government approved degree program in Engineering / Technology / Architecture / Science / Commerce / Arts is eligible for appearing in the GATE 2022 exam. As per the Bachelor's degree holders in Engineering/ Technology (4 years after 10+2 or 3 years after B.Sc./Diploma in Engineering/Technology)
