Fee structure : Annual fee for MBBS?

Dear student,

The MBBS fee varies from college to college. In a government college like AIIMS, the annual fee is as less as Rs. 1, 600 approximately, while CMC - Vellore is Rs. 20, 500 p.a approximately. Similarly, AFMC - Pune's annual MBBS fee is Rs. 56, 500 approximately. 

However, private medical colleges in India charge a lot of fee. For eg., Kasturba Medical College - Mangalore's annual fee is Rs. 7.65 Lakhs, where as other private medical colleges may charge as high as Rs. 20+ L approximately per annum.
