Fitness and nutrition science : I wanna study degree in fitness and nutrition science but I don't found any college with this course....I only found degree colleges on nutrition science... But I need both at the same time...plz sggst me a way....I rlly wanna study fitness and nutrition science

If you have an inborn interest in cooking and exploring various cuisines from different countries, nutrition and dietetics is one subject which will help you explore how to design controlled diets. Based on the body mass index, you can design your own food charts that would summarise the quantity of fats, carbohydrates, and proteins which must be consumed everyday. Visits to Aanganwadis and NGOs creating awareness about nutrition among masses are an important part of the curriculum.
