You can get admission in B Tech CSE, however you have to fulfil the eligibility conditions. The B Tech CSE programme gives its graduates a competitive edge through robust curriculum and hands-on learning in niche technologies to develop competence which caters to the requirements of the industry. It primarily deals with the development and designing of computer software and hardware processes with strong focus on algorithms, programming languages, program design etc. To enable the students to keep pace with changing technological advances, the university has industrial tie-ups with various industries. Studying these courses as a part of the curriculum would provide a WILD CARD entry to industry. The eligibility is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in Diploma (Engg.) (any stream) 3 years after 10th Or 2 years after 10+2 (Non-Medical) Or B.Sc. (Non-Medical) Or B.Sc. (Computer Science) Or BCA or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST. (5% relaxation to North-East states and Sikkim candidates or Defence Personnel and their Dependents or Wards of Kashmiri Migrants) The Admission Criteria is Merit in LPUNEST, subject to fulfilling eligibility criteria.

75 percent in Diploma is a deacent score and considering your good performance in the course, I would like to recomend that you shpould appear for MHT-CET for admission to lateral colleges in the top colleges in Maharashtra. Your percentage is good and you have a fair chance of qualifying the exam.
