Dear student, after completing the GNM course, first of all, you need to register with the Nursing Council, as it is mandatory to get registered with the council to get a government job. After this, you need to prepare and sit for exams like AIIMS, ESIC, RRB (Railway), or state PSC exams (Staff Nurse/CHO), depending on which sector you would like to work in.
