LPU offers Hotel Management, Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam)Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam) Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST. For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium. (5% relaxation to North-East states and Sikkim candidates or Defence Personnel and their Dependents or Wards of Kashmiri Migrants). The fee structure of the programme is Rs. 80000 per semester without any scholarship for the 2022-23 session. LPU’s Hotel Management and Tourism Discipline prepares the students through an industry-endorsed curriculum and intensive service-oriented practicals with industry exposure in excellent infrastructure. The eligibility for the course is Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST. The School trains its students in the campus hotel named University Hotel of 25 rooms hosting national and international guests where students practice along with the staff. The School has five modern kitchens with two bakeries. All kitchens and bakeries are equipped to enable students to perform scientifically and to attain their best of learning through most modern gadgets. We have four training restaurants to teach students about the authentic serving style of food and beverage. LPU labs are equipped with one front office laboratory, two housekeeping laboratories, two computer laboratories with 60 computers, and a simulation laboratory for aviation.
