How do I get Anna University transcripts?

Dear student, you can request your Anna University transcripts online at annauniv.itranscripts.in. Firstly, you will have to sign up at the portal and fill-in all the details provided there. Next, you have to upload all documents requested on the portal. Please note that online applications that do not have the required documents will not be accepted. Next, you have to provide the shipping address for delivering the processed transcripts. You have to pay online for the processing of the transcript application. After the completion of payment, you can track the status of the transcript order until you receive it.

To get Anna University transcripts, one must possess the following documents:

  • 10+2 exam certificate for proof of date of birth.
  • Class 10 exam certificate for proof of date of birth.
  • ID proof.
  • DD of Rs 750/each drawn in favor of the “Controller of Admissions, Anna University, Chennai.
  • One passport-size photo
  • Degree Certificate. (in case you have a degree)
  • Provisional certificate (if you have not got the degree yet).
  • Consolidated mark sheet of all your semesters. 
  • A4 size courier cover.

Candidates must then submit a copy of the documents along with DD to the Anna University Transcript Department. Candidates also need to fill up a form and submit it. Candidates will then receive a confirmation letter or an email once the transcripts are ready. It usually takes about 10-15 working days.
