Hello Sir Well, a PhD is the most exploring level of one's career. there are a number of Institutes offering PhD courses with different admission procedures. Lovely Professional University conducts the National Entrance and Scholarship Test (LPUNEST) for PhD aspirants. The purview of this exam is to identify PhD aspirants that have the potential to engage in ground-breaking research and inspire future generations. LPUNEST has a twofold advantage as it will act as Entrance Test as well as Scholarship Test. Besides this, you must have the required score in post-graduation in the relevant stream and will have to appear for an interview Applicant can get exemption from LPUNEST (PhD.)) if he/she has a valid result score in UGC (NET/ JRF)/ CSIR (NET/ JRF)/ ICAR (JRF/ SRF) examination/ SLET (Punjab only)/ GATE/ GPAT/ ICAR (NET), Teacher Fellowship holder or passed M.Phil. With a valid result score in these national tests exemption is for LPUNEST (PhD) only but the applicant will have to fill out the LPUNEST (PhD) form and appear for the Interview. The result of the scholarship for PhD applicants is declared along with the PhD. Interview results. At LPU, one can get benefitted from any of these scholarships : Minimum 30% scholarship to full-time Male Candidate For Female Candidate - 50% for full-time and 30% Scholarship part-time All Academicians 50% For Full Time & 30% part-time (Each year (for a maximum up to 3.5 years) scholar needs to provide the continuation proof of their job failing which, the scholarship can be terminated). LPU Alumni are given a 10% additional scholarship in PhD programme with the condition that the scholarship cannot exceed the maximum scholarship slab (i.e 90% in case of Full Time and 70% in case of part Time). LPU Research Fellowship and Scholarship as per the score in LPUNEST/ listed National Level Tests. Well, doing a PHd is a good decision for future. I am pretty sure, It is very workaholic degree. Yes it is very worth-full degree if you are doing it from very reputed university in Punjab. Lovely professional university is a private and very famous university. One of my friend is doing phD from lpu. she told me about that the infrastructure, teaching skills, atmosphere, raking wise, activities etc. LPU provide phD: part time and full time. To apply in NIT Raipur for computer science, here are the following steps that has to be followed:

  • the candidates are required to download and  fill up the application form and deposit the subsequent exam fee within the given time
  • the application form along with soft copy of recent poassport size photograph, single or merged PDF ofn all the relevant documents as it is mentioned in the form has to be submitted to the respective department where i the candidate wishes to apply.
  • the email id of CSE PhD is  temprec.cse@nitrr.ac.in
